Remember to have patience and understanding - No computer system is perfect; however, overall 4 of 5 / 9 of 10, once kinks were worked out, it is the cooperation and communication of people that makes it work. I would very greatly recommend Jose Alfonso and Voiceware. He does what it takes to get the job done and well.

Our law frim has been using Voiceware for over 6 years now. I have to admit I was hesitant to use a VOIP service from the beginning, but Voiceware delivered excellent service, pricing and support. We have NEVER had any service or support issues or downtime. Whenever I call Lazaro in support, it is basically to add or remove a user or assistant with the online platform. Whatever our law firm has needed they have always delivered in a prompt and professional manner. I can never see our office ever switching back to At&t or Comcast, with the cost savings, service and support that Voiceware offers.
